The 1934–45 Maltese FA Trophy was the 7th edition of the football cup competition, the FA Trophy. Sliema Wanderers were the defending champions, but they we're replaced by Sliema Athletic and lost the Final to Floriana Athletic.

First round

Four first-round matches were played on 14 and 15 April 1945. A replay match was played on 22 April 1945. Melita, Sliema Athletic, Floriana Athletic & Valletta were awarded a 'bye' for the 1st round
