Úsilov is a municipality and village in Domažlice District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 100 inhabitants.
Úsilov lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) east of Domažlice, 44 km (27 mi) south-west of Plzeň, and 122 km (76 mi) south-west of Prague.
