Commons:Deletion requests/File:Modulation C to G.png

[edit]

Soliciting input on Commons:Deletion requests/File:Modulation C to G.png, specifically: if anyone were to come up with an example for a pivot chord, how likely would they be to come up with File:Modulation C to G.png? In other words, was there a lot of creativity required to come up with this? If yes, then it's copyrightable and we'll delete the file, but if not, then we can declare as {{PD-ineligible}} and keep it. Thanks for your help! holly {chat} 18:30, 6 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I answered there. Here is a copy of my answer :
I don't quite see what the question is. This file is nowhere used in the English WP (nor on any other WP, apparently). It is a German version of an example from a publication on Pressbook.com which apparently allows borrowings. The main reason to delete it therefore appears to be that it is nowhere used on WP. For sure, one could easily find better examples of pivot-chord modulations, if needed, but nobody seems to need any. The image therefore fills no purpose, but does it annoy anyone? — 2A02:A03F:6A7E:C01:A905:463:FEAB:672E 20:21, 6 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
(I didn't bother to login on Commons, I may not have an account there.)
