Women's Eredivisie '23-'24 season
I forgot I was in this task force. I think I'll start the article for this coming season later in the week if no one else gets to it first, but is there a list of tasks that need to be done? I'd like to put a red link in somewhere as a notice, but was unclear where. The season starts in just a few weeks. Should be exciting with AZ fielding a team again (taking over VV Alkmaar) and one other expansion (Utrecht?). Thanks, folks. YellowAries2010 (talk) 07:57, 14 August 2023 (UTC)
- Many years ago, I remember Hmlarson showed me a page that contains articles to be created around women football. I have searched for it, but can't seem to find it anymore. I remember I also use to have a subpage I maintain, which also contain hard-find sources, can't find that too. I have searched all my sandbox. I remember discussing with HMlarson on a page on the difference between "Nigeria Women Football League" and "Nigeria Women Premier League", that page contains a lot of useful sources, I wish and hope she will remember. I might need some of those legacy sources to create a Nigeria Women football league system article. To answer your question, there is a page, I just can't find it. - On the main pages of WP:WOSO in the right column under WOSO Initiatives - there were a number of initiatives started to help coordinate creation of new articles or improving existing ones. Hmlarson (talk) 18:57, 21 August 2023 (UTC)
- @YellowAries2010: - if you want to start one of these for Eredivisie, feel free. I can help add it to that list of initiatives, if needed. Hmlarson (talk) 18:59, 21 August 2023 (UTC)
- There is Wikipedia:Requested articles/Sports/Association football (soccer). GiantSnowman 19:22, 21 August 2023 (UTC)
- True, though I stopped using that list around 2013. There are more effective options. Hmlarson (talk) 19:39, 21 August 2023 (UTC)
