Proposed expansion

[edit]

I would like to propose adding the following as steps to dispute resolution.

The actual wording is off the top of my `head; if there is consensus for the general idea we can refine the wording.

Article content: Article talk page discussion. This is a required first step (insert explanation and links for how to reach consensus on a talk page here)

User conduct: Ask the user about his conduct on his talk page. (insert explanation and links for how to be nice instead of picking a fight, plus advice if your question is ignored or deleted)

I think that if we make these official members of our list of "various different methods" with snazzy icon for each, we may avoid a lot of sending people back to the talk pages. --Guy Macon (talk) 23:39, 3 October 2015‎ (UTC)[reply]

Where Does One Find Information on the Status and a List of Past and Open Dispute Requests?

[edit]

Where does one find definitive information on the status and list/archive of their past, closed and open dispute requests? Essentially, the title says it all. This is asking a generic community relevant question, which may have been answered elsewhere but a preliminary search on Wikipedia and on search engines do not give a concise and complete definitive answer. If you are interested in disputes about a specific topic, using the search function can help. You can limit the search to the Wikipedia namespace, use quotation marks to search for space-containing terms, and use "insource:" for regular expressions. See Help:Searching for details. ~ ToBeFree (talk) 21:09, 10 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Are the results automatically personalized or is this only a partial answer? MMmpds (talk) 22:16, 10 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

What constitutes an "abandoned draft" ?

That phrase does not appear anywhere on this project page. Where are you seeing it? - Butwhatdoiknow (talk) 02:13, 13 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
