Comment. I can't understand the second sentence of the second paragraph in the "History" section. There are a lot of words and phrases throughout the article that are capitalized but don't need to be, such as "Enlisted Personnel," "Board of Advisors," and and the cardinal cornerstones. The quote in the "systematic plans" section isn't formatted correctly as a quote and the last sentence in the section isn't cited. The abbreviation "NASD" is used without being spelled-out until later in the article. I don't think long quotes are supposed to be italicized. I think, perhaps, the article might not be quite ready for A-class review yet, but it's almost there. Cla6800:41, 10 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
