Currently, 6,622 of a total of 6,912,981 Wikipedia articles (about 1 in 1,040) are featured articles, which have been thoroughly reviewed according to the featured article criteria. In addition 40,552 articles (about 1 in 170) are good articles which meet the good article criteria. Combined Wikipedia has 47,174 articles (about one in 150) which are either good or featured.
