Wikipedia:Meetup/Boston/FC+

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

We're planning an FC+ meetup in June as one of a series of FC meetups over the course of the summer: June 13-15 possible the last weekend in June, in Boston. Local Wikipedians and Free Culture folks are welcome.

Where : We're reserving a couple of rooms on Harvard campus.
Who : sign up below if interested!

Attendees

I'd go but this doesn't look real. The page hasn't been touched in a month with more refinement of information. Are we to show up at Harvard all three days and look for signs? Who is "we" anyway as in "We're planning..."? It almost looks like something someone thought might be a good idea, but then quit and never adjusted this page. If there is no sign of life on this page before tonight (Friday 12 June), I won't be able to go (even though I would like to). Gummer85 (talk) 16:12, 12 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Hi /gummer, This didn't pan out; it was close to uni graduation and we only attracted a scattering of interest. We're discussing whether to push off to the last weekend in June, and will update this page if we do so. Space for future parallel FC/WP events has been offered in NYC, DC, and Yale. +sj+
Ah. Okey Dokey. Stuff Happens. :-) Gummer85 (talk) 19:03, 26 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
