The discussion on this page determines whether the image stays or is deleted. Keep - I'm sorry, but your argument is spurious. Would you delete an image of an overweight person saying, "unless we have an article on unusually fat people that is short of pictures". Previously nominated, renominating, reason - image is not notable enough to justify it identifying the subject in the manner it is - it is non-free use, and replaceable with free use. He is no different in the show than he is in real-world, and there is nothing notable in the image that contributes to the article that can't be replaced with free use. - Keep - I don't think the use of this image breaks any rules. I think it should be noted that this user has tried to get rid of this picture once already, which didn't work. [1] I don't know if there are rules about continually trying to get rid of images once decisions have been made on them staying, but I would think it could be considered disruption. I have been notified as to another reason why this image is not proper, because it is replaceable with a free use image, and it is not notable as being non-free use. image is an adequate visual display of the funeral. It is your own opinion that this photo is not required - I was under the impression that a 'fair use' photo can be added if the text discusses some aspect of what is displayed in the photo. It will not hurt anyone by having it up nor it will it infringe on anyone who might possibly have a copyright. Fair use tags state - "To illustrate the subject in question when no free equivalent is available or could be created that would adequately give the same information."

This is not just a standard argument, this is policy.
