- Insufficient information to back up claim of GFDL. http://www.towelday.kojv.net/ states "© 2001-2006 SystemToolbox and KOJV.NET". —Remember the dot (talk) 00:58, 18 March 2007 (UTC)
While the image is copyrighted, it fits pretty well under GFDL, said I got the idea of the GNU license correctly. There is no reason to mark this image for deletion. We (the copyright proprietors) endorse people to use the image in question for promoting and informing about Towel Day. --KOJV 17:19, 21 March 2007 (UTC)
- ‘Fits pretty well’ falls rather short of a licence. Can you put a note on your website stating that you release the image under the GFDL? Alternatively, there is a rather more complicated process that you could use. Please note that releasing the image under the GFDL (or, for that matter, any other free licence) means allowing anybody to use it for any purpose, not just the one which you endorse. Until then, an unconfirmed copyright status is pretty much a reason to tag the image for deletion, since we try to get copyright matters right. —xyzzyn 18:16, 21 March 2007 (UTC)

- Cover of an unreleased single. Image:Béyoncé & Skakira - Beautiful Liar.png suggests it was taken from a blog, (completely unreliable under WP:RS. — ShadowHalo 16:31, 18 March 2007 (UTC)
Keep Just because the single is unreleased it doesn't mean that the cover is as well. --thedemonhog 17:56, 18 March 2007 (UTC)
- The problem is that the cover doesn't meet the attribution policy. All information that could be reasonably questioned needs to be attributable to a reliable source (and a blog is not one). When a single hasn't been released, it's especially important for a reliable source to be provided since we can't simply say that it comes from the single. ShadowHalo 04:05, 19 March 2007 (UTC)
- An EP release with four versions of this track was made today as an iTunes Store exlusive. The cover art Apple is using is entirely different. --JohnDBuell 20:38, 20 March 2007 (UTC)
- To be fair, the cover art on iTunes usually doesn't say very much. I remember the iTunes cover for Fergie's "London Bridge" was originally from this promo, and the one for Gwen Stefani's "Wind It Up" didn't even have a picture, just gold and black text. Chances are that there will be another cover released sometime, but at the moment, I think it seems pretty reasonable to use the iTunes one over what appears to be a fan-made one. Delete I believe that cover art isn't genuine. The image isn't of a single thats been scanned but rather one thats come straight out of photoshop or a similar program which is odd. The colours are too rich and sharp to be scanned. Its probably something someones knocked up just as a layout piece, and from the looks of it possibly a student or school child as its really just her picture and text. From a design perspective its pretty clear to see its probably not professional or authentic. WikipedianProlific(Talk) 10:03, 21 March 2007 (UTC)
