Wikipedia:Featured and good topic candidates/NWA World Historic Welterweight Champions/archive1
the NWA World Historic Welterweight Championship is a professional wrestling championship promoted by the Mexican Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) promotion. It replaced the NWA World Welterweight Championship when CMLL lost the rights to that championship. The topic includes ever wrestler who has held the championship at one point in time.
This topic is about the Lucha Libre, professional wrestling championship, the NWA World Historic Welterweight Championship and include Good Articles on all wrestlers to hold the championship to create a complete topic. There is a nav box that unites all subjects under one and I believe this hits all the marks for a Good Topic. Note: The image is of one of the champions, there is no free image of the championship itself, I did consider a CMLL logo (the company that promotes it) but thought a picture of the current champion would be better. Side note: Booking has been created. MPJ-DK 01:35, 18 August 2016 (UTC)
- Support - seems a complete topic and hopefully with the relative infrequency of title changes in Mexico it should be possible to keep on top of adding new articles as required..... -- ChrisTheDude (talk) 09:53, 1 September 2016 (UTC)
- Five champions in six years, yes I feel confident I can keep up and get new articles to GA within the guidelines for Topics. Thanks for your support. MPJ-DK 15:52, 20 September 2016 (UTC)
