Welcome to the Climbing WikiProject, a collaboration area and group of editors dedicated to improving Wikipedia's coverage of climbing.
- Improve articles on Wikipedia related to the topic of climbing. This includes topics related to rock climbing (including traditional climbing, sport climbing, bouldering, free solo climbing, deep-water soloing, big wall climbing, aid climbing and multi-pitch climbing), mountaineering (including alpine climbing and expedition climbing), ice climbing (including mixed climbing and dry-tooling), competition climbing (including competition lead climbing, competition bouldering, and competition speed climbing), buildering, and all other forms of human climbing activity.
- Find and/or create images and videos for these topics (and link to the relevant Wikicommons categories).
- Properly categorize articles about these topics (and relevant Wikicommons categories).
- Translate relevant articles and content from other Wikipedia projects (and link to those projects via Wikidata).
- Add and patrol climbing-related articles by adding the Template:WikiProject Climbing (they will then show up in the table below).
- Help remove unsuitable climbing-related articles (and climbing-related BLPs), and re-write poor use of climbing terminology.
This table is generated automatically by WP 1.0 bot.
