Function details: Back again, this time it's CSD F5, and Category:Rescaled_fairuse_files. Time-delayed speedies. I hadn't been certain that files had the same behavior, but there are certainly expired entries in that category that don't show up in the appropriate expiration category. This should be a few variable change to the code used for the existing still-active tasks.
For those unfamiliar with the general issue--certain types of time-delayed category-inclusion via template play poorly with category caching. Some background available on the bot home page. We run across this in a variety of maintenance category contexts.
