Wikipedia:Bureaucrat activity
Following a community discussion ending 14 August 2015, bureaucrat accounts that do not participate in bureaucrat activity for at least three years may be subject to procedural removal for not meeting bureaucrat activity requirements.
This page is used for coordination, to ensure that the requirements are met prior to bureaucrat permissions being removed by a Steward at the request of another bureaucrat.
Bureaucrats may participate in bureaucrat activity prior to the date indicated to avoid procedural removal for inactivity. Bureaucrat activity is widely construed and includes acting or commenting as a bureaucrat at any venue including WP:BN/RFA/RFB/RFBAG/BRFA and responding to requests in their capacity as a global renamer or signalling that they remain actively engaged and available for bureaucrat tasks.
Criteria

- no bureaucrat activity for over three years
- notification + email one month prior
- notification + email several days prior
- make it clear that the removal is procedural
- m:Steward requests/Permissions#Removal of access
- link relevant policy when requesting removal of privileges
- include permanent link to monthly section below
- notify user of removal of permissions following Steward action

As a result of this discussion, your bureaucrat permissions may be removed if you do not return to bureaucrat activity within the next month. If you do not return to bureaucrat activity and the permissions are removed, you will need to request reinstatement at RFB.
