Woldemar Alexander Valerian von[1] Boeckmann (Russian: Влади́мир Алекса́ндрович Бе́кман, romanizedVladimir Aleksandrovich Bekman or Böckmann;[2] 12 June 1848 – 26 November 1923) was an Imperial Russian division and corps commander.

He served as the Governor-General of Finland from 1908 to 1909. He was on the State Council (Russian Empire) from 1909 to 1917.

While von (always lower case) is part of the family name or territorial designation, not a first or middle name, if the noble is referred to by their last name, use Schiller, Clausewitz or Goethe, not von Schiller, etc.
