Volodymyr Oleksiyovych Mykhailenko (Ukrainian: Володимир Олексійович Михайленко; born August 27, 1973) is a retired male decathlete from Ukraine, best known for winning the silver medal in the men's decathlon at the 2001 Summer Universiade.
