Moise Poida
Hey Yellow. I found this -> http://www.vanuafoot.vu/News/ViewArticle/tabid/1354/Article/599553b6-33ec-4d5b-adb7-9ff622ce9922/language/en-US/Default.aspx (from the VFA official website). It's a sign that Poida coached Tafea F.C. before 2014, more exactly 2012, and it's also said that Poida won an "Opening Cup". And it seems he started around April 2012.
In 2011 it seems that Poida coached the Teouma Academy team that played in the premier league of the 2011-12 season (http://www.vanuafoot.vu/News/ViewArticle/tabid/1354/Article/fc2a49d3-732e-4478-bfa9-afe13ff88050/language/en-US/Default.aspx).
And also, it seems that he was suspended in 2013 by the Port Vila FA Disciplinary Committee for 3 months and was "replaced" (Idk if he was an interim or if he just had a 3 month contract) by Jerry Napat (http://www.vanuafoot.vu/News/ViewArticle/tabid/1354/Article/c886a22c-4487-4a61-b092-cfc92ef3d82a/language/fr-FR/Default.aspx). And so that you don't get confused, Graham Demas (who's mentioned in the aforementioned link) was Poida's assistant manager (http://www.vanuafoot.vu/tabid/1354/Article/82ea7448-3be4-4da5-b7e8-35a494007d89/language/en-US/Default.aspx)... but it seems, too, that Demas was the manager before Poida, as seen here (http://www.vanuafoot.vu/News/ViewArticle/tabid/1354/Article/e4816a88-d2f3-49ec-ba63-f6903afa55d7/language/en-US/Default.aspx).
Poida coached the Vanuatu Under 20 team from around 2011 (http://www.vanuafoot.vu/News/ViewArticle/tabid/1354/Article/f25a3f31-341b-48a2-ad9a-817b7e6a733e/language/en-US/Default.aspx) to around 2013 (http://www.vanuafoot.vu/News/ViewArticle/tabid/1354/Article/5768cf4f-8e81-4dc5-8f2b-30544bf6a820/language/en-US/Default.aspx) and in 2015 too, starting in February 2015 but it being unknown when it ended (http://www.vanuafoot.vu/tabid/1354/Article/5ec0df9e-98a4-46f0-85f8-c9f1dba21970/language/fr-FR/Default.aspx)
Their official facebook states that Poida coached the under-15 team: https://www.facebook.com/vanuafoot/photos/a.10150120754954609.288131.222921509608/10152614134464609/?type=3
I don't know how to put it in the article in a good way, as I'm not a native English speaker. And sorry if it seems to be too much work haha. Vítor (talk) 01:09, 24 September 2016 (UTC)
- @Vítor: Looks good. I'm out of town until Tuesday and can't access my computer until then. When I get back I'll look into the sources in more detail and hopefully add to the article. Thanks, - Yellow Dingo (talk) 01:25, 24 September 2016 (UTC)

M. W. Talbot
What is your basis for determining that M. W. Talbot spelled his name with only one t at the end? The source you cited spells the name M. W. Talbott. wbm1058 (talk) 02:13, 29 September 2016 (UTC)
- @Wbm1058: That was quite a while ago so I'm not sure. It was probably an error. I'll move it to the tt title. - Yellow Dingo (talk) 02:15, 29 September 2016 (UTC)
- @Wbm1058: Actually no I won't. A bit of searching shows almost every source spells it with one t. (1, 2, 3, 4, 5 etc.) The source in the article is the only source I could find that spells it with two ts. - Yellow Dingo (talk) 02:27, 29 September 2016 (UTC)
- Very good! I did a quick search for other sources and didn't find any of those. We should cite at least one of them to confirm the correct spelling. wbm1058 (talk) 03:14, 29 September 2016 (UTC)

What the hell are you doing?????
Why did you move the page on the Women's 4x400m Relay???? Especially when you KNEW that it was 4x400???
Leave the article space alone!!! Hawkeye7 (talk) 04:26, 29 September 2016 (UTC)
- @Hawkeye7:
- The lead said 4x100 (your mistake which I have since changed for you)
- There was no 4x4 in the infobox so I assumed it was a mistake
- I realised my mistake very quickly are moved it back to 4x4
- Your original title was full of punctuation errors
- My moves haven't created any problems as any double redirects will be fixed by bots within hours
- Your original title Athletics at the 2016 Summer Paralympics – Women's 4x400m Relay - T53-54 has four other errors which I have fixed for you
- I don't get why your so worked up the article was at the correct location (thanks to me) minutes before you posted

I accidentally stuffed the ping I'm pretty sure so @Hawkeye7:. - Yellow Dingo (talk) 04:38, 29 September 2016 (UTC)
- My apologies for the appearance of not assuming good faith. It's terrible when an article gets moved like that, because I don't have access to the editors' tool set, and cannot fix a problem once it is created. The root of the problem is in the navbox; I am slowly weeding out the errors in it. Hawkeye7 (talk) 01:40, 3 October 2016 (UTC)

Invite to the African Destubathon
Hi. You may be interested in participating in the African Destubathon which starts on October 15. Africa currently has over 37,000 stubs and badly needs a quality improvement editathon/contest to flesh out basic stubs. There are proposed substantial prizes to give to editors who do the most articles, and planned smaller prizes for doing to most destubs for each of the 53 African countries, so should be enjoyable! So it would be a good chance to win something for improving stubs on African sportspeople, including footballers, athletes, Olympians and Paralympians etc, particularly female ones, but also male. Even if contests aren't your thing we would be grateful if you could consider destubbing a few African articles during the drive to help the cause and help reduce the massive 37,000 + stub count, of which many are rated high importance (think Regions of countries etc). If you're interested in competing or just loosely contributing a few expanded articles on African Paralympians, Olympians and committees etc, please add your name to the Contestants/participants section. Diversity of work from a lot of people will make this that bit more special. Thanks. --MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 21:13, 6 October 2016 (UTC)
