User name redirect

User:WestRidgeAuthorized's name was found to be against Wikipedia naming policy by User:Avraham. As such, he was requested to change his name to DoonRay. Then he petitioned to have his previous edits credited to the new name. The request was approved. Any redirect was performed by the approving editor.
