VoA Bot

Would it be very inconvenient for you to have your bot archive Wikipedia:Changing username/SUL in exactly the same way as it does Wikipedia:Changing username? Regards — Dan | talk 19:15, 1 June 2008 (UTC)

I received a message referring to my having edited an article about Peru. I have never even looked at that article. Jean Mercer (talk) 12:58, 5 June 2008 (UTC)

Hi there, I recently tried to add a filter to your bot to deal with a particularly persistent vandal. However, as you can see from the edit history of evolution this hasn't kicked in yet. Did I do this correctly? Tim Vickers (talk) 01:12, 7 June 2008 (UTC)

Who knows, my bot has been on and off a lot, such as during the time I was moving back home. Aaron Schulz 05:30, 7 June 2008 (UTC)

Revert in error?

This edit seems not to have been vandalism; the user even proposed his change on the talk page three days in advance. Please advise. Thanks. 69.140.152.55 (talk) 05:50, 7 June 2008 (UTC)

Admin script & "revert all"

Hi, I installed this yesterday because I've got a daily IP vandal who generally gets a lot of useless edits in before I catch him. When I click the "revert all" tab on his contribs page, I am asked for a confirmation, and it's not clear what I should type here. Or am I missing the obvious? Thanks. --Rodhullandemu 16:23, 17 June 2008 (UTC)

See this Aaron Schulz
Thanks. Maybe I'm being thick but it doesn't seem to work. Have you got anything in 8088 Assembler, I can handle that? --Rodhullandemu 19:52, 17 June 2008 (UTC)
Set those in after you import the main script file, not before. Aaron Schulz 21:19, 17 June 2008 (UTC)
Thanks, I'll try it. --Rodhullandemu 21:20, 17 June 2008 (UTC)

Notify the user

Hi,

I was taking a look at this: Wikipedia:Requests_for_checkuser/Case/Bless_sins. Although this happened 1 year ago, I stumbled upon it only now (after some random searching). My request is that next time, before you do a check user, you should notify that user. Or at the very least, od it after you perform. The user under question has every right to know what's going on.

Regards,

rev:36429

rev:36429 is going to cause problems - you might want to read the comment above the isIP function to see why that duplication was actually there. --- RockMFR 03:16, 19 June 2008 (UTC)
