I'd like to start afresh please, ive always liked the idea of wikipedia and like to join in the fun, now i cant do what the (full) slogon says and help apend to this glorified huge enclyclopedia, please just unblock me. i know TumbleGamer is the name of a yourube channel i own but i use TumbleGamer every where. :( :( :(

There is no facility to make your own "Wikipedia" site - Wikipedia merely uses MediaWiki software. If you wish to use MediaWiki software to create your own site (which would not be a "Wikipedia" site) and you want to know about the terms and conditions for using it, then you'll have to consult the appropriate people - it's nothing to do with us here at Wikipedia. i've learned my lesson not to jump in and go straight to writing articles without them being reviewed and drfted. what i will do is ill read all of the tutorial guides of wikipedia and make all my edits in drafts and not start articles until i know that im 100% sure im ready to do so.
