Request reason:

Our well known organisation is recently the subject of systematic defamation on Wikipedia talkpages in violation of WMF's UCoC and ToU. We are here for local enforcement of uCoc/ToU as mentioned the UCoC approved by the Trustees of WMF. This action is a precursor to our approaching either the U4C or the local courts under our local laws. The repeated blocking by Checkusers such as "Zzuuzz" is not a healthy practice as it shuts off our local rights and remedies. It is also noted that Checkuser "Zzuuzz" has also libelled us associating our role accounts with impersonation accounts such as "Blaxstocatamazon" etc. which we are here to complain against/report.

The sole purpose of our using this account is for local enforcement of UcoC and ToU. As these are legal documents with legal consequences we shall be represented by our legal counsels who shall clearly identify themselves and their law practices.

Furthermore, we assert that the local policy WP:NLT is inconsistent with the ToU and UCoC which does not bar participation of legal professionals but rather encourages it to clarify and assist the community members in understanding the legal terms contained in these policy documents through the lens of local laws. Decline reason:

I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you:
    1. understand what you have been blocked for,
    2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
    3. will make useful contributions instead.

Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. – robertsky (talk) 05:36, 1 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
