Here are a few thoughts on this initiative (which, even without my help, should mark a good improvement to the article).
1. Ensure that all references display correctly when you add them. This is something I have to pay particular attention to in my edits.
2. Figure out the best places in the article to put this. The sections on the 610 office and the various notices and legal interpretations could fit into a chronological narrative, but details on court sentences might require a different approach. You might need to break these up to find the most fitting place for them.
3. You rely pretty heavily on one source for some of this. If you're interested I can email you some academic journal articles that could be useful. If you have access to journals yourself, simply look up some of the papers on falungong and chinese law by Ian Dominson (deals with similar issues to Lin and Keith) as well as Bryan Edelman and James Richardson.
4. If you plan to make more changes, I suggest focusing on the media section and on expanding/creating a section on re-education and thought work. That seems to be what's most lacking. I might be able to help as my schedule allows. —Zujine|talk 19:34, 2 July 2014 (UTC)
- Thanks. I'll look into those articles and make updates accordingly. The media section is next. TheBlueCanoe 00:58, 3 July 2014 (UTC)
