The article Maarten Kossmann has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted after seven days unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.
If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. GABgab 18:27, 9 February 2019 (UTC)

[edit]Proto-languages
[edit]Actually, we had moved a lot of proto-language pages to more concise titles. The inconsistent ones are those which still do use "language". –Austronesier (talk) 15:31, 29 September 2020 (UTC)
- Thanks @Austronesier:, I've reverted my redirect, I thought it was the other around. Sami At Ferḥat (talk) 15:34, 29 September 2020 (UTC)
- No worries! And thank you for bringing the studies about Proto-Berbero-Semitic to attention here! –Austronesier (talk) 15:40, 29 September 2020 (UTC)
Infobox localization
[edit]On behalf of Wikimedia Community Malta I'd like to thank you for your work on infobox templates on mt.wikipedia. We'd like to go beyond the recent communication you've had on the Maltese-language Wikipedia and look into the request you raised for localization of these templates.
If you'd like to meet some members of our user group, you're very welcome to join us during an online hackathon we're having on Monday 2 November at 6pm CET (UTC +1) at this link. --ToniSant (talk) 09:51, 28 October 2020 (UTC)

This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

New Page Patrolling
[edit]The new page review is one of the last approval stages, so when I see a page like this with a large amount of unreferenced information, and no {{In use}}
tag to show that the page is undergoing a major build, I tend to err on the side of caution and remove the unreferenced information. The easiest solution is for you to add the tag to indicate the page is still under construction (if it is). This prevents me and other editors from editing the page until the process is complete and the tag is removed. Please assume good faith of me, as I do of you. By all means add the information again when you can add the references. Best wishes, BoyTheKingCanDance (talk) 10:50, 29 April 2023 (UTC)
- Thanks for the tip. Sami At Ferḥat (talk) 10:53, 29 April 2023 (UTC)
