The sources used in this draft are not considered WP:RS. While The Atlantic is, it is not in-depth as required to establish notability. The organization is likely notable, but you will need to do a few things before this can be reviewed. First, you need to disclose any WP:COI you may have, including following the guidelines associated with WP:PAID. All copyright and trademark symbols need to be removed. You will also need to replace the references with those more reliable. I did a quick search and there are plenty from the Detroit Free Press and others. The Welding Journal is a trade publication and while it can be used as a source, it is not good for establishing notability. Once you have finished, you can ping me here or reach out to me on my talk page and I will come back to review. Good luck.
