You can reply either place...or both , but it is usually good to put a notice at the top of your page specifying your policy. Actually, there's a gentleman's agreement that you shouldn't put your own articles into the marshalling area, (due to conflict of interest) and that we normally go from oldest to newest in terms of waiting list, so that the old ones from Dec6 don't expire...So someonw may put it back in its original place in the queue.
