Home Sign page false flag of retracted duplicate publications
[edit]Hello! I've been going through the category of articles tagged with retracted papers. I got to Home sign and noticed that the bot appears to have falsely flagged [1] as retracted. The retraction notice states that a previously incomplete version of this paper was published in volume 118 issue 1, but the one cited on the page is the correct completed published version from issue 3. - @Relmcheatham: Due to the publisher republishing under the same DOI, it will always be marked as retracted in the metadata. I've marked it as intentional, but I can't really think of a better way to validate or fix this. The retraction data I have doesn't say "republished in X issue", so I think it's still better to mark the retraction, put it as intentional, and leave it be.
