Proposed deletion of Raj Dev Yadav

The article Raj Dev Yadav has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Fails WP:POLITICIAN, only source in article gives a 404 error, looking for other sources gives only routine coverage and unreliable sites.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
