Proposed deletion of UNDER FIVE IN ZAMBIA

Unsourced, poor title (plus all caps), nothing here to actually merge and title could refer to all kinds of stuff, not just healthcare, making it a poor redirect as well.

Hello, I saw your recent edits at List of birds of Zambia and unfortunately I had to undo most of them. I explained in the edit summary that Wikipedia style (see MOS:HEADINGS) is to not put links or references in section headings. I also changed your link of avifauna from a disambiguation page to just the plain link which redirects to Bird. There's no need to change redirects to piped links. I don't want to discourage a new editor though and hope you will continue to edit. If you have any questions or anything I can help with, just let me know by replying below.
