Hello Vincent,

I disagree with your decision to erase the information about the Young Officer internship program. Desjardins is the first financial institution in the world to establish such program. I just came back from a tour in Europe where we visited 3 of France's biggest coop: Crédit Mutuel, Crédit Agricole and Banque Populaire. They were all very impressed with Desjardin's program and where inspired to do the same.

Corporate Gouvernance, and programs is what defines an organization.

I can find no evidence that Unilever/PG tips'move received mixed reviews. please provide those. a 2 year old quote regarding the Rainforest Alliance cannot be seen to apply to a move that happend in May 2007. accordingly, i have removed your edits The criticism of Rainforest Alliance exist but is extensively covered at their page. 1. Go to the media description page and edit it to add {{di-replaceable fair use disputed}}, without deleting the original Replaceable fair use template.
2. On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace the fair use media by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.

Fair trade GA Sweeps Review: On Hold

As part of the WikiProject Good Articles, we're doing sweeps to go over all of the current GAs and see if they still meet the GA criteria and I'm specifically going over all of the "Culture and Society" articles. I have reviewed Fair trade and believe the article currently meets the majority of the criteria and should remain listed as a Good article. In reviewing the article, I have found there are several issues that need to be addressed, and I'll leave the article on hold for seven days for them to be fixed. I have left this message on your talk page since you have significantly edited the article (based on using this article history tool). Please consider helping address the several points that I listed on the talk page of the article, which shouldn't take too long to fix with the assistance of multiple editors. I have also left messages on the talk pages of a few other editors and several related WikiProjects to spread the workload around some. Many people consider what proportion of the extra premium paid ending up with the producer important. I do not understand the argument that it is somehow not important? Would it be important if the amount was 50%? Anyway please come to the talk page and discuss it. Rather than removing referenced material. It depends what kind of referenced statements - you can reference ANYTHING you want, but if you don't say who says it (and if that person isn't credible) or if you quote the person poorly, yes there is a NPOV issue. The references are from the BBC and the Guardian for this type of article. Both of these are sufficiently credible to site. Now the quotes drawn from fair trades website are not usually allowed as they have a WP:COI. One usually basis things are third party analysis. Fairtrade Labelling Organizations International

I would submit this for deletion. It does not say anything not covered at length in the dozen or so Fairtrade and Fair Trade pages. And this is an enormous number of pages for an organization that does not even claim to deliver more than a few million in charity.

BUT, I would suggest putting in a page for History of Fair Trade. The pages all seem to have enormously long, turgid, histories near the beginning. These are boring and it is doubtful whether anyone will read through them to get to the meat of the article. Which may well be why they are there. There is a reluctance to put in simple facts on what Fair Trade and Fairtrade actually do and do not do: instead there are thousands of words on intentions, history, etc. with no factual basis. If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

• make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
• Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.
