September 2022

[edit]

Information icon Welcome, and thank you for your attempt to lighten up Wikipedia. However, this is an encyclopedia, and articles are intended to be serious, so please don't make joke edits, as you did to Star Trek Into Darkness. Readers looking for accurate information will not find them amusing. If you'd like to experiment with editing, please use your sandbox instead, where you are given a certain degree of freedom in what you write. -- Tamzin[cetacean needed] (she|they|xe) 06:42, 6 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Downssides moved to draftspace

[edit]

Thanks for your contributions to Downssides. Unfortunately, it is not ready for publishing because it needs more sources to establish notability and it has little content and no categories. Your article is now a draft where you can improve it undisturbed for a while.

Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. BoyTheKingCanDance (talk) 06:33, 5 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Don't add malformed refs and unsourced information

[edit]

Your edits to Bears in Trees are not improving the page, they're actively making it worse. Niafied (talk) 07:34, 3 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@Niafied Can you expand on that at all?
You called the parts you removed "fan trivia" in your edit desc., but I would very much argue that the information was relevant, and facts that do belong in a Wikipedia article. AndreyTheFrog (talk) 15:00, 3 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Niafied In fact, now that I've seen that you edited the page, I'd like to point out that I didn't add any of that information. If you care about whether something has a reference, then add one? Don't just remove the information. AndreyTheFrog (talk) 19:17, 3 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
You did put it on the page after I removed it the first time. This page has information about living people, so it has to be sourced. The way WP:Verifiability works is that information should be sourced when it's added, you don't just leave fan gossip and unsourced garbage up in case someone else can find a source. Niafied (talk) 19:54, 4 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Also you should learn how to format refs properly, half the ref tags on a page shouldn't be broken tags that don't even contain a source. Niafied (talk) 19:55, 4 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
