draft accepted

so far from the draft being deleted, it's been accepted as an article, and is at Polycarp Igathe. I doubt it would have been a problem at all except for the misunderstanding about the appropriate username. I apologize that it was this complicated to correct, but I thank you for your persistence.

We very much need articles on other people in similar positions, at present and even earlier-- they are notable as far back as the position existed and information available. Please keep going! DGG ( talk ) 01:09, 20 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
