This is clearly Bondboy9756 (talk · contribs). Bondboy9756, you were blocked. That means you as an editor, not just the account. You can't just make a new account, because that violates the WP:SOCKING policy. You need to request an unblock from your original account. But unless and until you learn the rules and norms of Wikipedia, you're going to have a difficult time here and you should be careful about editing at all. This isn't a playground – please read WP:CIR. Or you could just be a troll – not sure, but either way be careful or a WP:BAN is likely in your future.
