Piped links
[edit]Hi QueenBarenziah, just so you know, it's not necessary to pipe links in order to make the first letter lower-case, as you did at paranoid schizophrenia. As you can see from that link that I've just made, the MediaWiki software automatically converts the first character to upper-case in the link, but not in the text displayed to the user. Have a look at WP:NOPIPE for more information about when to pipe or not to pipe.
Incidentally, I see that, despite you having been an editor here for years and years, nobody has ever welcomed you to Wikipedia. Well, thank-you for your edits, and welcome! I've placed some cookies at the top of the page for you to enjoy Best, Wham2001 (talk) 13:30, 24 July 2020 (UTC)
- Thank you for the welcome and cookies, Wham2001! Apologies for unnecessarily piping that link. I'll be sure to check out the links you provided so that I can contribute better. Happy to be here! QueenBarenziah (talk) 00:36, 27 July 2020 (UTC)
