- Hi there @Rkrishnamurthy:! Looks like you might want to take a look at our policy on the encyclopaedic value of biographies of living persons. People on Wikipedia must be notable. | Naypta✉ opened his mouth at 08:52, 10 November 2016 (UTC)
Your proposed deletion of Ref article for Pierre Louw
[edit]Hi There!
Your concern is supporting references for the article.
Kindly note - the most important reference is the research by L H Louw regarding the Louw family genealogy which I did reflect in the Cite error: There are <ref>
tags on this page without content in them (see the help page). template as well as 3 academic works by Adv Pierre Louw published in Researchgate.net
Possibly I used the Cite error: There are <ref>
tags on this page without content in them (see the help page). template incorrectly?
Kindly assist? 41.146.253.34 (talk) 10:20, 10 November 2016 (UTC)
- Hi @Pierrejohanlow:, please take a look at Wikipedia's policy on inclusion on biographies of living persons. | Naypta✉ opened his mouth at 15:09, 10 November 2016 (UTC)
Youth For Seva
[edit]Hi Naypta, You have deleted a page I created titled Youth For Seva. Youth for seva is an NGO to which I donate my time as a volunteer. Please guide me on what you need me to do so that its better suited for Wikipedia

- Hi @Devchander:, please review Wikipedia's notability guidelines - the mere existence of an organization does not make it notable. WP:GNG will help here. :) Thanks! | Naypta✉ opened his mouth at 15:09, 10 November 2016 (UTC)
New deal for page patrollers
[edit]Hi Naypta/2016,
In order to better control the quality of new pages, keep out the spam, and welcome the genuine newbies, the current system we introduced in 2011 is being updated and improved. The documentation and tutorials have also been revised and given a facelift. Most importantly a new user group New Page Reviewer has been created.
Under the new rule, you may find that you are temporarily unable to mark new pages as reviewed. However, this is nothing to worry about - most current experienced patrollers are being accorded the the new right without the need to apply, and if you have significant previous experience of patrolling new pages, we strongly encourage you to apply for the new right as soon as possible - we need all the help we can get, and we are now providing a dynamic, supportive environment for your work.
Find out more about this exiting new user right now at New Page Reviewers and be sure to read the new tutorial before applying. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 04:29, 13 November 2016 (UTC)
