Page: Othman Mirzan
Hi there, noticed that the page created was marked for speedy deletion - I'm an intern at ski malaysia using Othman Mirzan's account to create wiki pages for our notable athletes and association to be linked with upcoming events and Malaysian sporting pages. I'd like to request that the notice be removed and the article verified instead, as we've listed sources for verification. As for importance, this is Malaysia's first Malaysian Alpine Skier, and founder of the Malaysian Ski Association. All details are verifiable. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Othmanmirzan (talk • contribs) 10:40, 9 June 2016 (UTC)
- @Othmanmirzan: Please sign your posts with ~~~~. Also, this talk page is not intended for contesting speedy deletions. NasssaNser talk|cont 11:46, 9 June 2016 (UTC)
- @Othmanmirzan: Second, the page you are contesting here is an autobiography. NasssaNser talk|cont 11:50, 9 June 2016 (UTC)
New pages patrol
I noticed you patrolled Dr. Vikas Mahatme. At minimum, it needed to be added to the category Category:Living people, and it ought to have been renamed per WP:TITLESINTITLES before being marked as patrolled. If you haven't already, please take a look at the new pages patrol guide, especially this very helpful checklist that's supposed to be followed for every patrol. As you're somewhat new to Wikipedia, you may wish to consider patrolling without patrolling: you could clean up and tag new articles while leaving them in the queue so others to double-check your work. Thank you. Rebbing 05:43, 4 June 2016 (UTC)
Question about previous accounts
What account or accounts have you previously used? The editor who uses the pseudonym "JamesBWatson" (talk) 11:18, 27 May 2016 (UTC)
- Thank you for asking me this question. Before I registered this account, I have used no accounts but at least 3 IPs to edit Wikipedia for a short time. NasssaNser Talk|cont 13:03, 27 May 2016 (UTC)
I declined the speedy deletion of this userpage because the page didn't appear to violate WP:USER. --Metropolitan90 (talk) 03:03, 18 June 2016 (UTC)

I agree with your idea of having my band page as an article but we lack reliable sources minus one facebook post that was made about a week ago. We were just a group of friends that formed the band which turned into a band, thats pretty much the best I can describe it to you. It could be an article soon, probably 2025 latest 2020 earliest. Speedy deletion nomination of Nghttp2
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Nghttp2 requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about web content, but it does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. MorbidEntree - (Talk to me! Disambiguation link notification for August 16
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited No zuo no die, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Chinese. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

The Medal of Honor is the highest US military award for valor, and those who received it are always notable. See Wikipedia:WikiProject Military history/Notability guide. DGG ( talk ) 17:20, 19 July 2016 (UTC) Wikipedia:WikiProject Military history/Notability guide .

Many of the speedies you have placed are valid, but they were on rather obvious cases; the actual rules are quite complicated, and you need to learn them. Please review WP:Deletion policy and WP:CSD before doing further new page patrolling. Also see WP:Nand its subpages. While an article need not pass notability to pass A7, which only requires an indication of signicance, a much lower bar, obviously anything actually notable is not appropriate for A7. DGG ( talk ) 17:20, 19 July 2016 (UTC)
- P.S. The above comment about the Medal of Honor refers to your tagging of Robert Smith (Medal of Honor) as A7 speedy. I would also note that you tagged it four minutes after it was created; immediate tagging like that is discouraged, as the article may still be under development, and insta-tagging is very discouraging to newbies. I second DGG's suggestion that you hold off on New Page Patrolling for a while. The best way to get familiar with Wikipedia, to the point of knowing your way around enough to judge new articles, is to work on editing/writing existing articles. IMO that's also the most fun part of Wikipedia. --MelanieN (talk) 16:08, 20 July 2016 (UTC)
- @DGG and MelanieN: Well, thanks :) NasssaNser 23:29, 20 July 2016 (UTC)
FROM LINDA OHAMA
I am not creating this page on my professional film and arts career alone. Others are creating it with my input for information which is gathered from sites of the National Film Board of Canada, White Pine Pictures of Toronto, the Nikkei Canadian Artist data base and www.lindaohama.com
Please check and reconsider your reasons for declining. Many students and media doing research have asked about having this Wikipedia page.
Thank you very much, Linda Ohama — Preceding unsigned comment added by Linda Ohama (talk • contribs) 04:44, 2 August 2016 (UTC)
- @Linda Ohama: Welcome to Wikipedia. We welcome new articles about notable aubjects, but even if you are notable, having an autobiography is nothing to be proud of, and is strongly disouraged. Adding a link is easy – If you want me to go outside of Wikipedia, a pair of square brackets will work; If you want me to go to another page in Wikipedia, use [[this]]. NellyOriginPMOD Sandbox
At the least if you redirected my page to a sandbox at least put it as the band name. Thank you, NxO — Preceding unsigned comment added by NellyOriginPMOD (talk • contribs) 04:02, 3 August 2016 (UTC)

Hello, I'm NasssaNser. An edit that you recently made to Ramachandran Manickam seemed to be a test and has been removed. If you want more practice editing, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks! NasssaNser 11:55, 2 August 2016 (UTC)

Draft:TVPaint
The source for the Draft:TVPaint text has a license with a firm statement:
If You Distribute, or Publicly Perform the Work or any Adaptations or Collections, You must, unless a request has been made pursuant to Section 4(a), keep intact all copyright notices for the Work and provide, reasonable to the medium or means You are utilizing: (i) the name of the Original Author (or pseudonym, if applicable) if supplied, and/or if the Original Author and/or Licensor designate another party or parties (e.g., a sponsor institute, publishing entity, journal) for attribution ("Attribution Parties") in Licensor's copyright notice, terms of service or by other reasonable means, the name of such party or parties"
Draft:TVPaint provided no evidence that it was not written by the page creator; the creator gave neither the names of the original authors, nor any of their pseudonyms, and no attempt was made to attribute a designated party, which designation wasn't made in the first place. Because "This License and the rights granted hereunder will terminate automatically upon any breach by You of the terms of this License", this text was a copyright infringement because of its utter failure to attribute its authors, and consequently it might not appear online. Add a page about my company on Wikipedia
Hi NasssaNser,
I would like to add a page about my company on Wikipedia. Those 2 lines I wrote were just the start. I know I shouldn't copy paste stuff from my official website, so I was preparing my draft for the same. SMEC Labs is a part of SMEC Automation. It's a major French company, and we're only a small part of it's educational wing in Cochin,India which provides training in automation related field. Please help me out with the creation of this page.

Deletion of {{Persondata}}
Hi NasssaNser,
I'm the bot who is deleting {{Persondata}}. I noticed your edit on Micky Modelle in which you added {{Persondata}}. This template is deprecated and deleted. Please stop adding {{Persondata}}. In case you want to support the Persondata project you can help with the migration of the dataset to Wikidata at KasparBot's tool. See Wikipedia:Persondata or contact my operator T.seppelt in case you have any questions.
