[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that you've added some links pointing to disambiguation pages. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

White elephant
[edit]Please note that disambiguation pages like White elephant are meant to help readers find a specific existing article quickly and easily. For that reason, they have guidelines that are different from articles. From the Wikipedia:Disambiguation dos and don'ts you should:
- Only list articles that readers might reasonably be looking for
- Use short sentence fragment descriptions, with no punctuation at the end
- Use exactly one navigable link ("blue link") in each entry that mentions the title being disambiguated
- Only add a "red link" if used in existing articles, and include a "blue link" to an appropriate article
- Do not pipe links (unless style requires it) – keep the full title of the article visible
- Do not insert external links or references - Wikipedia is not a business directory
- Do not add articles to acronym or initials disambiguation pages unless the person or entity is widely known by that name (in which case it should be stated in the linked article).

Barrie Chase edit
[edit]I have reverted your addition of a date of birth to Barrie Chase. In addition to Wikipedia's basic principle of citing sources (Wikipedia:Citing sources), a special need for citations applies with regard to elements of a biography of a living person (WP:BLPPRIVACY). Feel free to add a date of birth when it is accompanied by a citation to a reliable, published source. Eddie Blick (talk) 20:29, 16 July 2022 (UTC)

[edit]Before adding a category to an article, as you did to Kenkō Zenrakei Suieibu Umishō, please make sure that the subject of the article really belongs in the category that you specified according to Wikipedia's categorization guidelines. The category being added must already exist, and must be supported by the article's verifiable content. Categories may be removed if they are deemed incorrect for the subject matter. Thank you. [edit]Hello. I have noticed that you often edit without using an edit summary. Please do your best to always fill in the summary field. This helps your fellow editors use their time more productively, rather than spending it unnecessarily scrutinizing and verifying your work. Even a short summary is better than no summary, and summaries are particularly important for large, complex, or potentially controversial edits. To help yourself remember, you may wish to check the "prompt me when entering a blank edit summary" box in your preferences. Thanks! Belbury (talk) 11:14, 2 March 2024 (UTC)

Hansel and Gretel
[edit]I had to revert your changes to the plot of Hansel and Gretel again, since they don't seem to refer to the original story as recorded by the Brothers Grimm. That section is already in good shape, so I have some doubts it even needs any changes. Plus it seems you're confusing the original story with later embellished versions, but those are not what the section is about. Also, links to trivial, generally known words like chocolate are not needed and should generally be avoided, see MOS:OVERLINK. Gawaon (talk) 06:13, 18 August 2024 (UTC)
