Even though my edit made the short description a couple of words longer, I feel like it was a better description, especially to those who are not familiar with CTV or with the location of Winnipeg. I don't think that's quite justified. I've explained to you why I made the edit and the best you can do in response is to attach a link? {{TVQ}} deprecation

Thanks for catching on to the fact I'm trying to get rid of {{TVQ}}! I know that me raising the idea of its deprecation has taken on little if any attention, and that converting to {{FCC-LMS-Facility}} requires a lot of individual edits, but I appreciate you noticing and hope we can get the transclusion count down. With the repack and other changes since the last update to CDBS, TVQ is feeding very out-of-date information and it really doesn't belong on any of our US TV pages. (The radio versions, AMQ/FMQ, are still fine.)

You might also want to know that {{FID}} exists, for tables and the like, as a shorthand to allow a link to contain just a facility ID number (such as at Jefferson County Radio). Raymie (t • c) 05:07, 19 September 2020 (UTC)
