The article Studia Humaniora Tartuensia has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

A search for references failed to find significant coverage in reliable sources to comply with notability requirements. This included web searches for news coverage, books, and journals, which can be seen from the following links:
Studia Humaniora Tartuensianews, books, scholar
Consequently, this article is about a subject that appears to lack sufficient notability.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the Proposed Deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The Speedy Deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and Articles for Deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Thanks for reverting that. I was trying to do it myself but I was on the fifth captcha. 71.163.243.232 (talk) 00:37, 29 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Rollback

[edit]

I have granted rollback rights to your account. After a review of some of your contributions, I believe you can be trusted to use rollback for its intended usage of reverting vandalism, and that you will not abuse it by reverting good-faith edits or to revert-war. For information on rollback, see Wikipedia:New admin school/Rollback and Wikipedia:Rollback feature. If you do not want rollback, just let me know and I will remove it. Good luck and thanks. —Tom Morris (talk) 14:20, 29 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks, I will certainly use these rights for reverting vandalism only.--Morel (talk) 16:10, 29 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Merkin edits

[edit]

Hello, I took the liberty of tagging User talk:69annieapple69 with a level 3 joke warning for their Merkin edits. Have a good day.Trilobitealive (talk) 03:12, 8 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

This is the page where joke warning templates are found if you need them: Wikipedia:Template messages/User talk namespace. Trilobitealive (talk) 03:14, 8 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks! I will try to use them when necessary.--Morel (talk) 10:10, 8 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I wonder why you self-reverted there. Talk pages are specifically not intended to vent one's opinion about the subject of an article (see WP:TALK), let alone this kind of attacks. Just curious. --Guillaume2303 (talk) 17:04, 9 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, I must have been lost for a moment. It's probably because I usually try to avoid reverting user talk pages unless I see obvious vandalism. I now see that this comment may have been reverted.--Morel (talk) 17:07, 9 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, sorry, my fault.--Morel (talk) 17:14, 9 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
No prob. :-) --Guillaume2303 (talk) 17:15, 9 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Ministry of Magic. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Please be particularly aware, Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made; that is to say, editors are not automatically "entitled" to three reverts.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Elizium23 (talk) 23:31, 18 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

An anonymous user repeatedly included the sentence "They rape her and she is later rescued by Dumbledore." Although "supported" by two citations ([3] and [4]), I consider this as vandalism, as it presents an interpretation of the situation, and no rape is mentioned in the text.--Morel (talk) 00:54, 19 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Hi. I see you are listed as a member of a WikiProject of a Baltic state. I was wondering if anybody who actively works on Estonian, Lithuanian or Latvian articles, would be interested in launching your own Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Baltic), based on the Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic) and Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge. The idea would be to try to bring about 1000 article improvements and creations on this region as an enjoyable challenge and potentially things like National Contests with prizes. If you'd be interested and think it's something you might regularly contribute to, comment and sign up at Talk:Baltic states. If there is interest we can move this to a project somewhere and set something up, thanks. --MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 19:26, 26 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Europe 10,000 Challenge invite

[edit]

Hi. The Wikipedia:WikiProject Europe/The 10,000 Challenge has recently started, based on the UK/Ireland Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge. The idea is not to record every minor edit, but to create a momentum to motivate editors to produce good content improvements and creations and inspire people to work on more countries than they might otherwise work on. There's also the possibility of establishing smaller country or regional challenges for places like Germany, Italy, the Benelux countries, Iberian Peninsula, Romania, Slovenia etc, much like Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic). For this to really work we need diversity and exciting content and editors from a broad range of countries regularly contributing. If you would like to see masses of articles being improved for Europe and your specialist country like Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon, sign up today and once the challenge starts a contest can be organized. This is a way we can target every country of Europe, and steadily vastly improve the encyclopedia. We need numbers to make this work so consider signing up as a participant and also sign under any country sub challenge on the page that you might contribute to! Thank you. --MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 21:09, 7 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Circe Merge

[edit]

Hi, a long time ago you took part in discussing a merge proposal at Talk:Circe the result of which was not to merge the larger Circe in the Arts with it. Another editor has now made that merge without consensus and reopened the discussion. Since you were a dissenting party originally, you may care to make a comment here.
