If you have any questions or problems, no matter what they are, leave me a message on my talk page. Or, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}}
on your user page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions.
We're so glad you're here!
Also, take a look at your first article, "Sphal". Don't get alarmed, but it's been tagged for deletion at the end of 5 days. Here are three articles on Wikipedia you might give a quick skim:
- Wikipedia:Avoid neologisms -- actually, "Spahl" looks more like a "protologism" (a word I just learned tonight.)
- Wikipedia:Wikipedia is not a dictionary
- Wiktionary -- Wikipedia's dictionary cousin
This editing stuff can seem a little arcane to a newcomer; don't be afraid to just dive right in -- you'll learn along the way. (That's what I did and so far they've survived my editing work, both good and bad.) We need all the editors we can get!
Again, welcome, Matthew. --A. B. 02:42, 9 June 2006 (UTC)
