I don't know if this helps, but I'll give it a try... Nobody doubts that this person exists; the question is whether they should have an encyclopaedia article dedicated to them. One of Wikipedia's core policies is that the subject of an article must be 'notable' (see WP:N), which basically means that there must be significant coverage of the subject in multiple reliable sources which are independent of the subject and of each other. By your own admission, this person has not been covered in media, therefore the notability requirement most probably cannot be satisfied. And while elected politicians (at national or state level) can be inherently notable, candidates are not. Moreover, if you yourself are, as your username suggests, either the subject of this article or closely connected to them, you shouldn't be writing this in the first place (see WP:COI). Finally, by insisting on publishing this article when it has already been deleted is just asking for trouble. My advice would be to stop.
