Hello, Holder of Iron. MJ94 (talk) 04:53, 1 May 2013 (UTC)

Thanks!

Thank you for the welcome! I appreciate it. I was wondering, how do you become an administrator? This is my goal :D — Preceding unsigned comment added by XFaze (talkcontribs) 00:07, 3 May 2013 (UTC)

Hi, XFaze! Let me start out by welcoming you to Wikipedia again. Administrators, or admins, are Wikipedia editors who have the technical abilities to perform certain actions on Wikipedia that a non-admin cannot. Administrators are volunteers who go through a community review process called a Request for Adminship. There are many expectations of adminship; for that reason, a user must be a trusted editor who is well-versed in our policies and guidelines and has experience with editing. While I applaud your enthusiasm to help out Wikipedia, I encourage you to check out the introduction to learn how you can contribute and help us build an encyclopedia. That's what we're all here for and I gladly welcome you aboard. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me again. Happy editing! MJ94 (talk) 00:24, 3 May 2013 (UTC)
Thanks again! I look forward to contributing. I am only in 8th grade, so I may be limited to helping. However, I am in advanced classes so I can assure I can do well. — Preceding unsigned comment added by XFaze (talkcontribs) 00:43, 3 May 2013 (UTC)
I have a couple tips for you: when you post on a talk page, don't forget to sign your comments at the end using four tildes (~~~~). Also, when replying to comments, add an indent (a colon) before your message. This helps keep the conversation flowing. For example, I put 3 colons before this comment. If you reply, you'd use four. Best of luck, XFaze. MJ94 (talk) 01:06, 3 May 2013 (UTC)

MJ94, we moved your Teahouse host profile

Hello MJ94! Thank you for being a host at the Teahouse. However, we haven't heard from you lately, so our bot has moved your Host profile from the host landing page to the host breakroom. No worries; you can always just Check in and our bot will move your profile back. Editing any Teahouse-related page will do the same thing for you. If you would prefer not to receive reminders like this, you can unsubscribe here. Thanks for your help at the Teahouse! HostBot (talk) 03:50, 17 May 2013 (UTC)
