A nice start, Luci! I think you will find a lot of great stuff about L'Annee. You will want to read about Durkheim, yes, but you will also want to look for stuff about the intellectual history of the time. When was Durkheim writing? Why was L'Annee so significant? Also, make sure to see if there is anything relevant about Marcel Mauss, Durkheim's nephew who also wrote for L'Annee. If you read French, you may want to check out the stuff on Wikipedia French and also what is available on French websites. On an unrelated point, you were supposed to come up with 5 sources. I will make sure to to look into Wikipedia French and find out more about others who made it happen. As for the sources, I chose the topic on Tuesday night. After a week of research on the Leipzig School (sociology) I found myself stuck with not much allowed in English considering it is a "touchy" subject for anyone in the United States (anything that approved and went with Adolf Hitler becomes sensitive). Due to this I only had two sources to use for it and had to quickly find another topic that could interest me at least close to Leipzig. I will definitely have more sources through further research but this is all I have at the moment.Lkopcalic (talk) 14:59, 6 October 2016 (UTC)

@Lkopcalic: Hi Luci! I do think that the Wiki editor was right: I don't think that the chart would have been a good idea to include in the final Wiki article as it does not add any substantive knowledge that can't be gained by just Googling the information or such. What I think you could do, however, is talk about how the journal was formed and how it was influential in establishing sociology as a field in itself. There's lots of stuff on that. Week 7: Peer Review

Hello Lkopcalic! I see you are setting up the basics of what your wiki page will focus on. I recommend looking at New York Times to see how to write a wikipedia page on a publication. Instead of research papers your resources will more than likely be actual excerpts from the publication. As you mention people of importance try to put the years in which they were active. Of course try to mention the most famous articles that were published and the story behind it. Since this publication is in French it may be hard to obtain information but there has been some information of it in English. Chaz0002 (talk) 02:45, 19 October 2016 (UTC)
