Ways to improve Israel jebasingh

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. No cats is quite bad.

I am trying to get my article Published. how do I do that ? The content is Neutral to my perspective .
- @Kjagan2: User:Wiae posted on this talk page of yours after you opened your help request. They also left a message at the top of the draft article. They said the article requires more references for proof of notability. I hope that is constructive.
