[edit]Hi! Thanks for providing all these fabulous photos, but obviously it doesn't suffice to pretend the author has give permission. --WernerPopken (talk) 10:56, 17 August 2010 (UTC)
Blocked as a sock puppet
[edit]You may contest this block by adding the text
{{unblock|Your reason here}}
below, but please read our guide to appealing blocks first.Kinglear (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log))
Request reason:
I am not "kissmekate" or any of these other sock puppet names. I reside in New York State, and I believe "kissmekate" resides in Europe. I have authored or edited dozens of Wikipedia articles over the years, none of which, other than the Manuel Rivera-Ortiz article, have had anything to do with "kissmekate". I am familiar with the work of photographer Manuel Rivera-Ortiz, and I revised that article thoroughly, carefully verifying the information contain in it and adding many citations for the article, which previously had few. "Kissmekate" invited me to nominate the Manuel Rivera-Ortiz article for some sort of award, which I was happy to do, although I was not entirely clear of what I was doing. If unblocked, I will have nothing to do in the future with articles authored by or associated with "kissmekate" or the other sock puppets under that name.
Decline reason:
Decline pending the question below, and why the request was posted with another sock. Kuru (talk) 19:01, 17 October 2010 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
- Just for a point of clarity, how is it the two accounts both take names from Shakespear references? --Jayron32 05:09, 14 October 2010 (UTC)
