I agree it's not unsourceable, and if you can cite an episode or a secondary source in which this was explicitly stated, then it can be restored. No, every possible wording is not POV toward something. Statements of fact, in and of themselves, are neutral.

Rising Star

Yes the season of Rising Star is over, but there is no official confirmation of this. Yes, I know that the season is over. T.V shows may take a while to be renewed or cancelled, after the season ends. If there is a source for the cancellation, then please provide the source, and I am sorry if there is. But until there is an official confirmation the show should stay under present. List of best-selling music artists

REagarding your questions on Abba's talk page. Personally I have no time and real interest to "fix" the issues of the " List of best-selling music artists"-article, Primarily for two reasons:

First I don't see any good fix as most if not any approaches to compile such a list will be at least borderline to violate policies like WP:OR and WP:SYNTH. The only way to such issues avoid would be a single reputable source having compiled such a list already (not aware of any on top of my head), but even there might be an issue with competing sources (different rankings in different publications) and outdated and incomplete information (let's say the published list in over 10 years old did for whatever not consider certain genres or artists).

Secondly imho there is a high likelihood that rather headstrong editors will be involved there, who are uncapabable or unwilling to leasten to reason.

For those two reason it seems like an energy and time consuming task, that is likely to be futile anyhow. So personally I stick to tasks, where I see better chances for succes. Currently it seems already hard enough to assure a proper summary of sales figures for the lead of Abba article and keep clearly outdated information out (like the CNN figure from 2001 or earlier).--Kmhkmh (talk) 01:31, 22 August 2015 (UTC)

@Kmhkmh: Fair enough, and that's mostly what I expected – that list has been a stain, and even trying to delete it on those grounds would get nowhere. (Would it be unreasonable to want a system for allowing admins or other people in power to use common sense and disregard consensus when it comes to things like that and the battlefield going on at Talk:The Pirate Bay?) Though I can't really help with the "List of best-selling music artists", I was wondering if you nevertheless could provide some feedback at the Abba article. The sales figures in the lead are still questionable and it seems difficult to create some feedback from folks who are willing/have time to read through the discussion. From my perspective I want to get rid off the 300 million cnn figure, since it is somewhat outdated (2003 or before) and included in the range information anyhow. Individual figures in addition to the range imho should be a recent label estimate, an independently researched figure or maybe certified sales (the cnn figure is neither of those 3). But not other somewhat random published figures, which by all likelihood just originate from older/outdate label figures and which are included in the range figure anyhow.--Kmhkmh (talk) 02:14, 9 September 2015 (UTC)

Swedish banjoists

Just for future reference, if you come across a redlinked category with only one or two entries in the future then it's not actually necessary to create the category just so you can immediately list it for deletion — since a redlinked category doesn't actually exist yet, it can and should just be removed from the article(s) that it's sitting on.
