A tag has been placed on Kosovo at major beauty pageants requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion discussion, at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Kosovo at major beauty pageants. When a page has substantially identical content to that of a page deleted after a discussion, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Country Name at major beauty pageants formatting

[edit]

Hi, I'm Asartea. I noticed that you've been creating a lot of articles about specific countries at major beauty pageants. While I appreciate the work, the current formatting of these tables breaks the Manual of Style's colour accessibility guideline, as some of the colours are not WCAG 2.0 AA or higher. Would it be possible to change the formatting in future to be more like Angola at major beauty pageants, which I and Firefly changed to comply with the relevant guidelines. Thanks in advance, -- Asartea Talk | Contribs 13:14, 14 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I agree with Asartea and Firefly the colour choices do not comply with Wikipedia's colour Accessibility guideline, and some make the text hard to read even if you are not colour blind. Apologises to say the colours need fixing, otherwise your hard work on these articles is wasted on a lot readers. ~ BOD ~ TALK 14:51, 15 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from one or more pages into another page. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. Please provide attribution for this duplication if it has not already been supplied by another editor, and if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, you should provide attribution for that also. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. Yeeno (talk) 🍁 06:51, 16 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Notice

The article Billlie (group) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Fails WP:GNG and WP:MUSICBIO. Unable to locate significant biographical details in secondary sources. No indication of awards or charted songs. Sources cited are routine announcements about the group's formation.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. File Copyright problem
File Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading File:Vietnamese passport renew.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status and its source. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously.

If you did not create this work entirely yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. You will also need to state under what licensing terms it was released. Please refer to the image use policy to learn what files you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. The page on copyright tags may help you to find the correct tag to use for your file.

Please add this information by editing the image description page. If the necessary information is not added within the next seven days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Please also check any other files you may have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Vladlen Manilov / 15:00, 1 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Manita Hang moved to draft space

[edit]

An article you recently created, Manita Hang, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). The article Phum Sophorn has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted after seven days unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. ☆ Bri (talk) 16:17, 20 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Edit summaries (second request)

[edit]

Information icon Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I noticed that one or more recent edit(s) you made did not have an edit summary. You can use the edit summary field to explain your reasoning for an edit, or to provide a description of what the edit changes. Summaries save time for other editors and reduce the chances that your edit will be misunderstood. For some edits, an adequate summary may be quite brief.

The edit summary field looks like this:

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)

Please provide an edit summary for every edit you make. With a Wikipedia account you can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing → Tick Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary, and then click the "Save" button. Thanks! ☆ Bri (talk) 15:18, 19 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Kannweame , are you reading your talkpage? You are still editing without leaving summaries. ☆ Bri (talk) 15:49, 19 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Ok I will do it Kannweame7961 (talk) 15:51, 19 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
That's nice to say. Could you please consistently actually fill in the edit summary box when you make an edit. You've made more than 25 individual edits since posting that reply, but only the first two have an edit summary. ☆ Bri (talk) 15:37, 20 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

April 2023

[edit]

Information icon Hello. I have noticed that you often edit without using an edit summary. Please do your best to always fill in the summary field. This helps your fellow editors use their time more productively, rather than spending it unnecessarily scrutinizing and verifying your work. Even a short summary is better than no summary, and summaries are particularly important for large, complex, or potentially controversial edits. To help yourself remember, you may wish to check the "prompt me when entering a blank edit summary" box in your preferences. Thanks! Lightoil (talk) 09:04, 25 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Ok I knew it Kannweame7961 (talk) 09:05, 25 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
But you still don't use edit summaries. Lightoil (talk) 10:58, 25 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Better communication means acknowledging what people are telling you by either doing it or discussing why you are not. 331dot (talk) 11:27, 25 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Sometimes I forgot I'm so sorry guys Kannweame7961 (talk) 14:09, 25 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I might suggest that you go into your account preferences and enable edit summary prompts; once enabled, if you click Publish without an edit summary, it will ask for one. 331dot (talk) 16:06, 25 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm 98Tigerius. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Zerobaseone, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. ♒️ 98TIGERIUS 🐯 13:45, 11 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop. If you continue to add unsourced or poorly sourced content, as you did at Miss Supranational 2023, you may be blocked from editing. ☆ Bri (talk) 18:54, 20 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

This is your fourth level three warning about this, and you have already been reported to Administrators' Noticeboard, and blocked once. Can you tell me why I shouldn't open another case there? ☆ Bri (talk) 18:55, 20 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I think you're misunderstood, because there are actually 68 contestant in Miss Supranational 2023 and I just make it fully information. Bri, you should make a research for this and not being so dramatic for me, alright ? Kannweame7961 (talk) 23:47, 22 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you add unsourced or poorly sourced material to Wikipedia, as you did at Miss USA 2008.

You restored unreferenced table(s) here, and not only that but removed the {{unreferenced section}} tag in a separate step. Why are you doing this? ☆ Bri (talk) 15:41, 9 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

It's really the result of the competition. Why you keep delete that ? Kannweame7961 (talk) 15:42, 9 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Do you understand what sourcing is? Did you read any of the guidance in the messages you have received, including the one from me today? ☆ Bri (talk) 16:01, 9 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Caught by a colocation web host block but this host or IP is not a web host. My IP address is 2405:4800:6B1F:FD3C:BD4F:A92C:739:8FC8. Why I was blocked when I did nothing wrong here? Can you guys please unblock me? Kannweame7961 (talk) 12:38, 30 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

That IP is a webhost. You successfully edited about 7 hours before making this request; if your physical location has changed, that could be the issue. 331dot (talk) 14:57, 30 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

I have moved back to another place, so that's true but I didn't do anything wrong tho. So can you please unblock me?Kannweame7961 (talk) 14:59, 30 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

It is not generally permitted to edit via a webhost. It's not you that is blocked, but the webhost. 331dot (talk) 15:03, 30 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Unsourced, again

[edit]

When you add something like this, even though your edit summary asserts it is true, and even if that assertion is in all caps, you still need to provide a source. Do you understand this? You've gone through level 4 warnings on this before, so I wonder if you do. It is becoming disruptive. ☆ Bri (talk) 16:16, 2 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The article Lê Nguyễn Bảo Ngọc has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Not notable - major competition title has no wikipedia page. She is only a runner up in other competitions - her info is available in those articles.
