Had a warning of a ban and i didn't post anything but still got banned about 30 minutes after the warning.Josh x21 (talk) 09:21, 28 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

You are blocked, not banned.(the terms have different meanings here) Administrators do not have psychic powers to know you intend to stop making inappropriate edits. Administrators have a responsibility to act to protect Wikipedia. None of your edits(or your attempted edits blocked by the edit filter) have been particularly constructive as far as I can tell. You will need to describe what constructive edits you wish to make if unblocked and how we can be assured you will no longer make inappropriate edits. I apologise for my behaviour back in January and i know that vandalising and making nonconstructive edits is will result in a ban/block. I know that a constructive edit is a edit that is helpful and improve on something which is fact and not something that is random guff which has nothing to do or in any way related to the article. I also know that there is a sandbox feature which can be used to test something like learning how to use the source editor. Josh x21 (talk) 19:32, 9 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  - do not copy any image placement code (i.e., markup like this: [[File:Name.jpg|thumb|caption]]);
  - do not copy the page's categories from the bottom of the page (i.e., markup like this: [[Category:Name]]);
  - do not copy the stub tag (if there) from the bottom of the page (i.e., markup like this: {{Foo stub}});
3. Click edit at your talk page, and paste at the bottom under a new section header (like this: == [[Article title]] ==) the copied content but do not save yet;
