Hi, here are the answers to your questions: 1) It is very rare that an editor be made an admin with fewer than 2000 edits. 2) The admin tools include a delete page button, a protect page button, and a block user button. Admins can also see information that other editors can't, such as deleted contributions. And admins can edit fully protected pages, such as the main page. Useight (talk) 05:27, 16 December 2007 (UTC)
