@TheDJ and Amorymeltzer:, turns out User:Headbomb/citations.js doesn't quite function as intended. On pages, the bot should use
https://tools.wmflabs.org/citations/doibot.php?edit=toolbar&slow=1&user=Headbomb&page=<PAGE>which it does
But on categories, it should use
https://tools.wmflabs.org/citations/category.php?edit=toolbar&slow=1&user=Headbomb&cat=<CATEGORY>which it doesn't.
