Use of multiple accounts
[edit]I see that at User talk:KylieTastic you have admitted to creating a new account in order to remove a speedy deletion tag from a page you had created, to avoid repercussions for your original account. Thank you for your frankness in doing that. However, it appears that you have in fact used more than two accounts. Can you please be equally frank in listing here all of the accounts that you have used? JBW (talk) 18:58, 1 August 2023 (UTC)
If you have time, Could you kindly listen to my concern?
[edit]I went through a lot of research in past for several days to write this article, and it had improved and would continued to improve more only if you hadn't deleted it. If you had gave suggestions, I surely would have worked on it as well as re-written on any parts that you believe need improvement. Was your mood was off or were you quite angry at that time, @Bbb23? You not even waited for a while like in such an instant you made your decision without any communication at all. You just deleted it... This is not fair @Bbb23, I didn't want to promote anything, I only wanted assistance and was hoping to learn more about how to improve my page, which is why I texted on that talk page. I thought that an admin who had reviewed my page, edited it, and corrected some mistakes could help me better, that's why I dropped that message because of that trust. If I knew that this was going to happen, I would never done that. But i want to learn from past mistakes, and I will do my best not to disappoint you next time and to become a good Wikipedian. Could you kindly restore the page? I want to make more improvements and will try my very best to keep it neutral and non-promotional...It hurts,@Bbb23, and I don't want all of my efforts to go in vain. I will be waiting for your reply.

Request reason:
I had no intention of breaking any Wikipedia rules; I just wanted to improve; I am not abusing any account @JBW; I just got so panicked because everything happened so fast... I was hoping for a positive message advising me that where I had to change; and I I would have definitely changed that, but instead of doing so, you deleted the hours of effort without any sort of communication. Why @JBW? You could try other way; nobody wants to be treated in this manner. We did not spend years on Wikipedia like you have; We need chances to correct our mistakes. We want a better opportunity to do better than we did in the past. And why @JBW Why does it take so long in Afc? I want this backlog to be focused on and each of us receive the update fast, but this takes a very long time, as if it is stuck for forever till the draft article gets deleted. What will someone feel after putting in so much effort and waiting so long for an update? They unlikely to be as satisfied as they might have been if it was reviewed on time. Harry S Truman72 (talk) 04:35, 6 August 2023 (UTC)
Decline reason:
Editors on Wikipedia are volunteers trying to create an encyclopedia. There is a backlog at WP:AFC, just like there's a backlog in many places across the site, and drafts will get reviewed when they can. However, your draft was reviewed by two different editors who were both concerned that the article was not notable. You also created the Noida International University article that was full of promotional language.
In your unblock request above, you say "we". Are there multiple people using this account? Also, do you have a conflict of interest with Noida International University or IES University? A COI could include receiving payment for editing/creating the articles, working for these institutions or attending these institutions.
Future unblock requests should include a description of why you were blocked, why these type of edits are not allowed on Wikipedia, and a description of what you will do in the future to avoid these mistakes. Z1720 (talk) 16:27, 6 August 2023 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
